Well the new year is well underway, and many of us are focused, from a human perspective, on making this a better, more abundant, more fulfilled year than 2018.

So what is the secret to opening the vault to the riches and opportunities that 2019 has on offer?

We have to realise that real success and fulfillment is an inner feeling.

Some people amass great financial wealth, yet they don’t feel abundant within themselves and battle to give of their resources for fear of future lack.
Some people achieve great feats but remain feeling inadequate and unworthy inside.
Some people have many relationships but lack the feeling of inner connection, love or peace in their lives.

Abundance is not something that we acquire; it’s a feeling and state of being that we participate in.  And this feeling requires that we feed it daily with our thoughts and emotions and with gratitude for what we already have now. It’s not what we wish and pray for that we receive; it’s what we feel with our whole body that that we attract into our experience.  We never attract that which we want but that which we are conscious of being.

Gratitude for the abundance in our life right now is the key which opens the door to abundance in all areas of life. A change in how we feel right now is a change in our destiny.

Science has shown that form follows energy – that there is an invisible energy field that surrounds us which influences the physical world, in fact creates the physical world.  How successful or unsuccessful we are is not an accident, it is a function of this invisible field, and we feed this primal creative field with our thoughts, fear, intentions and emotions.

Learning the steps to focus this energy is very necessary on the path to experiencing abundance.  So here are my 7 secrets to manifestation:

  1. First make absolutely clear what you want.

Knowing clearly what you wish to experience in life is vital in this process, for until you know your destination how can you choose a path?  So take time to ask yourself: What do you, really, really, really want?  A skilled facilitator can help you with this process if you are unsure what this is.  I would suggest the MindSync-LifeGoal audio program to help with this. It is amazing at how it helps you see new possibilities for yourself and your life as well as how quickly it assists you to embed goals into your subconscious mind from where they rapidly manifest into the physical in miraculous ways.

  1. Become the owner/creator of your own thoughts and feelings.

Most people let the world around them determine how they feel.  They let their friends, family, work colleagues and even the media control their inner feeling, and thus remain a victim of their environment. Realise that Thoughts become Things, and that you become what you think and feel about most. You also attract what you think and feel about most. Works every time for all people.  Your predominant thoughts and feelings will become your destiny.  Know this: You get what you feel inside – a change in feeling is a change in destiny. 
Command it to be so, with no doubt in your mind that it is so, and it will be!

  1. Focus on the end picture – (See it and Feel it right now!)

Focus on the end emotion & feeling you want to experience as a result of achieving your goal or envisaged destination. Put full emotion into it this ‘end picturing’.  This creates a ‘future history’ within you and informs the Field of your intention. You don’t have to know how you are going to get there or achieve this goal. The laws of the universe will sort out the how. When you Visualize, you Materialise.  Everything is created twice – first in the mind, then in the physical world. So start every day before you get out of bed by feeling abundant, or peace or loved or healed or free or whatever you wish to manifest. Do this every day.  It only takes a minute or two to flood your body with the desired feeling. And it works immediately that very day things start to shift.  Watch, and you will find that every day you start your day with this exercise evidence will come to show you that it is working.  Acknowledge even small examples of manifestation. Keeping an abundance diary to record the evidence is highly recommended as a reinforcer of this new habit.

  1. Focus on what you do want, and set micro goals

Don’t focus on the negative or what you don’t want or your current limited set of circumstances or situation – focus on what do you want to experience or achieved in life, and set micro (baby step) daily goals to move you in that direction.  Most people focus their attention more on what they don’t want – and thereby manifest more of that!
E.g.: some people focus on getting out of debt, but debt/lack is their main focus every day with their thoughts and feelings, so guess what? More debt/lack is what they continue to manifest! Or they focus on losing weight, and manifest more weight!  Instead rather focus on the feeling of the health, vitality and abundance that you do want to experience. Focus on the feeling of already having abundance and a healthy vibrant body!

  1. Vision Board

Cut-out and stick up pictures of your Future History.  See and feel as if it were already on its way and part of your experience now. Seeing the picture on your vision board helps you immerse yourself in the feeling of it already being in your awareness now, not some future event, but right now.

  1. Release

Until you release the desire, the feeling of wanting and needing will block the manifestation.  You will manifest, but it will be more wanting and desires that you will manifest.  So once you are clear of what it is you want, and are familiar with the feeling and certain of it already being so, LET GO OF YOUR ATTACHMENT TO OUTCOME, and allow life to bring to you that or something better in magical ways. – This is the real secret to manifestation – letting go of attachment and feeling the feeling you want right now.

And most importantly

 Develop an Attitude of Gratitude –

Be grateful for what is already in your life now, and you will be given more to be grateful for. The vibration of gratitude is the most powerful magnet for attracting more good into your life. There is a plan for your life, and all we have to do is align with that plan by allowing life to flow and being grateful for each and every little step.

Enjoy becoming a conscious creator of your life.  This year, like life itself, is not a chore to be got through – your life is not some kind of mission, but a delightful journey of self-discovery and creative expression, and is meant to be fun!  How we experience what we experience is always in our hands provided we are awake and consciousness enough to participate in its creation.

And the only real choice we are ever making is really between fear and love. Choose wisely.
