MindSync – LifeGoal
This program will assist you to uncover life-goals that you may have buried away deep within your subconscious, and helps you to gain purpose and direction in life. Then it helps you to reformat your thinking patterns and focus your mind power to bring these goals into your life circumstance.
The only way to measure individual success is to measure the accomplishment of your personal goals. Goals can be many, and varied; they can be purely physical, like running a marathon within a certain time, or acquiring a certain physical possession, like a new car or property. They can also be non-physical, for example attaining certain standing in the community, or achieving a loving family life.
Your deep subconscious mind has a far greater understanding of who you are and what would best give you a sense of achievement and satisfaction in your life.
MindSync – LifeGoal employs the practice of relaxing your mind and body, and slowing down your brain rhythms for a short while. This allows you to connect with the quiet vastness that is your subconscious mind.
MindSync is safe, relaxing, and enjoyable. Relaxation can lower the heart rate, lower blood pressure and bring the natural balance back to the body’s system, allowing the body’s own natural healing mechanism to do its work. Modern science has shown us that the brain works with weak electrical frequencies, and these are measured in cycles per second, known as “hertz”. When we are awake we are usually eliciting brain rhythms in the so- called “Beta” wave band that is 14 to 25 cycles per second. when we become stressed the brain rhythms dramatically speed up, and may go as high as 40 cycles per second. This state is termed High Beta. In high Beta our reasoning ability and our ability to store information long term, is greatly reduced.
On the other hand, when we are asleep, our brain rhythms slow right down to just about half a cycle per second, and this deep sleep state is referred to as “Delta”. In this space, time has no meaning, and deep rejuvenation of the body and mind takes place. Between this deep sleep state and being wide-awake, there are two very important brain states, known as “Alpha” and the elusive but very important, “Theta” brain state. But it is here, in Theta that amazing relaxation and healing can take place. This audio program is one in a series of MindSync programs using special Binaural Beat sound technology, which is designed to assist your brain to access these deeply relaxed and creative states of consciousness. Track 1: Sea Recharge 20min
This is a deep relaxation program. In the modern world most of us have forgotten what it feels like to relax and just let go for a while. Timothy Gallwey said “Relaxed concentration is the key to excellence in all things” and we need to learn how to do this. This program teaches you how to relax and let go.
Track 2: Life Goal Visualisation 25min
Before listening, ask yourself three questions:
- Who do I want to become?
- What do I really, really, really want?
- What is my overall life purpose?
By asking yourself these questions directly prior to listening to this track you will give the subconscious mind some direction for the exercise. While processing this track it is important to full feel the emotions, to be there in full intensity of the experience in your imagination. The more you can feel this, the more effective the program will be for you. Just flow with your imagination and enjoy the experience. Don’t try to direct or control your thoughts. Relax, listen to the voice, and enjoy using your imagination like you used to when you were a child!
Track 3: Goal Imprinting 25min
It is vital to focus on your goal daily. This program is designed to assist you to positively program your mind towards your goals and imprint them into your subconscious as if they were already achieved, and this should be done daily, preferably when you are not too tired, for maximum results. This “end result” embedding program should be processed once a day. It is designed to allow you to create the optimal mind-set for attaining your target goal.

TO FIND DIRECTION IN LIFE:
Track 2 (Life Goal Visualisation) is to be listened to when you are not tired, sitting upright in a chair, with a pen and paper ready next to you. After you have listened to track 2 you write down any ideas from your imagination without preference or judgement. From that you may well be able to formulate a goal with you write down as per the format in the booklet, and then once a day, use track 3 (Goal Imprinting) to embed that goal in your subconscious.
Should you not come up with any clear goal that awakens passion and enthusiasm within you from track 2, then repeat it.
Alternatively, you can use track 3 to set a goal that within say 7 days you will have a clear goal in your awareness.
