Why does this happen?  What we focus on in our mind, particularly if energised with feeling, guides the body to make happen.  There are biological and neurological explanations for this process but I won’t go into them here, suffice to say that we have great power within us to create, and we are using this power right now, but the question is, are we using this power consciously or unconsciously?  Are we getting what we want or what we don’t want??
