MindSync – Quality Relaxation Time (QRT) The Garden

Stress is one of the major underlying causes of illness, both physical and mental. The body’s immune system breaks down under stress, allowing a whole host of ailments to afflict us. Stress can be the root cause of high blood pressure, heart attacks, digestive disorders, skin problems, as well as the breakdown in relationships, sleeping disorders, sexual dysfunction, suicides, arthritis, asthma and even premature death. Anti-depressant drugs are among the most popular of all drugs prescribed today. However, there is another way to counteract this problem, another way which, in the long term, is far more beneficial to our overall mental and physical health.

MindSync is safe, relaxing, and enjoyable, and has none of the side effects that prescription drugs may have. Relaxation can lower the heart rate, lower blood pressure and bring the natural balance back to the body’s system, allowing the body’s own natural healing mechanism to do its work. Stress puts the body into the so-called “flight or fight” response, pumping extra adrenaline into the blood stream and taxing every system in the body. Once you are fully comfortable with this relaxation process, you can then move on to the next track.

Track 2: Garden Meditation 25 min
This can be used as soon as you feel comfortable with the relaxation process as experienced in the Breath Relaxation track. The Garden Meditation is designed to take you deeper into Theta and is designed for you to use when you have acquired the ability to relax deeply without falling asleep. So now, just relax, and let your subconscious and super conscious mind provide you with the creative insights and ideas that are not normally available to you. As this right, creative side of the brain does not work with language or logical linear thinking, it is important not to be analytical during the process, rather just “go with the flow” and let your imagination take you. Try and be the observer, and let the thoughts flow through you, without interfering.

Track 3: SleepAssist 20 min
Use this to help you fall asleep when sleep eludes you! Just lie back in bed and listen to it softly through stereo headphones. This program will help you relax and fall asleep. You can remove the headphones when you feel totally relaxed just before you fall asleep – or ask your partner to remove them once you are asleep.
