Weekend Retreat – @ Hearth & Soul Stanford Western Cape (Just 2 hrs drive from CT International Airport)
When: 31 May to 2 June 2019

This weekend retreat at the beautiful organic farm, Hearth and Soul, just outside Stanford. Includes Wisdom Teaching & Body Movement, plus optional activities such as Tai Chi, meditation and exploring the scenic walks on the property. There will be time for reflection and journaling or just being in nature, enjoying the beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings. At other times, you may opt to mingle with the other like-minded participants. On Saturday evening we will integrate body movement and dance, connect and experience joy together!

Open to anyone seeking healing, empowerment or further awakening and transformation.
